Legal preparation
Skendal is being prepared. The company that will operate the service has not yet been formed. Commercial launch and real subscription charges have not started.
Terms of service, the privacy policy and the copyright procedure are drafts. They will be published with the operator’s identity, contact information and final conditions before launch.
The proposed service is for accounts aged 13+ and household administrators aged 18+. People aged 13–17 will need permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Photos are shared within a household. Uploaders must have the necessary rights and permissions. No DMCA agent designation has been filed, and automatic protection under its provisions is not claimed.
During current testing, personal accounts can request access, correction or deletion through My profile → My account privacy (currently in Spanish). Requests are processed manually; leaving a household does not delete the account.
